WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Pelago by Singapore Airlines is seeking a creative Campaign & Social Media Senior Associate to join our marketing team. The role will be highly suitable for an individual contributor who is able to drive the execution of our global and local campaigns by collaborating with the Marketing, Sales, Design teams and Singapore Airlines business units.
Responsibilities will include:
Marketing Campaigns Execution:
- Ideate and develop engaging marketing campaigns.
- Craft compelling copy for various channels including social media, emails, and partner correspondence.
- Manage project timelines, coordinating with Marketing, Sales, Design teams, and Singapore Airlines business units.
- Oversee channel management, including email and social media platforms, etc
- Coordinate with vendors and external partners, and manage event logistics.
Social Media:
- Manage and develop social media channels such as Instagram and TikTok.
- Identify and build relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and influencers to drive brand growth and user-generated content (UGC).
- Enhance organic reach through social media activations, giveaways, and collaborations like IG takeovers.
Overall:
- Keep abreast of global trends and cultural developments, and ensure these are integrated into our campaigns and social media content.
WHAT EXPERTISE ARE MUST HAVES FOR THIS ROLE?
- Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, including planning and executing campaigns, marketing funnels and social media content ideation.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in copywriting for social media, emails, and campaigns.
- Strong project management skills, with experience coordinating with various stakeholders, external partners or key opinion leaders (KOLs).
- Technical skills: Proficiency in Excel, Canva, Photoshop/Illustrator, Capcut, and social media management tools.
WHAT EXPERTISE ARE GOOD TO HAVE?
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong multitasking, budgeting and time-management skills.
- Experience creating content, both in front of and behind the camera.
- A keen eye for design, global & cultural trends on social media and beyond, with a talent for storytelling.
